After a number of initial, successful projects, NCC has signed an addendum to the framework agreement on the use of Visual Boards in Interaxo to support their Lean methodology.
The new agreement makes it possible for NCC's operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland to use Visual Boards from Tribia.

NCC Project Studio is a Lean-inspired approach to design that NCC has developed to create the best possible conditions for a good design process, a forum for problem solving in an environment characterized by trust and responsibility with the project's best in focus.
With Visual Boards in Interaxo, a project group can work digitally during and between the grouping days. Milestones, deliveries and questions can be visualized and contribute to a transparent process where the context becomes clearer and problems are solved at the right time based on the right data.
